About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi,I am travelling to shenzhen for a company conference but don't have time to apply for visa here in Delhi. I am travelling through Hongkong airport and my flight is 12:00am on 16th Jan 2011 & return flight is 7pm on 22nd Jan 2011.Is it possible to get Visa on Arrival for my shenzhen trip.Where will this visa on arrival be given Hongkong airport or while entering Shenzhen. I have already a chinese visa on my passport which is of Jan 2009.
Please advise on what all docs do I need to prepare and have ready for getting this visa on arrival.I already have the following documents with me-
Valid passport with many visas ,Cover letter from my India office,Invitation letter from my china office in shenzhen, confirmed air tickets, hotel reservation
, Bank Statement.I would really be grateful for a quick response.Thanks.

You can't get Visa on Arrival for your Shenzhen trip because you will stay in Shenzhen for 7 days in total, Shenzhen port (Shekou, Luohu, Huanggang) can only issue 5-day visa on arrival. Indian paspsort holders can't apply for China visa in Hong Kong, therefore, I'm afraid that you have to delay your flight and first get a China visa in India.
