About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Hi, I intend visiting Hong Kong in March on holiday. Could you please let me know what forms need to be filled? (is it V2011A or V2011B provided above or is it a different one?)

I went to the embassy today, and apparently that form has been discontinued :(

You need to apply for Hong Kong visa rather than China visa, the Form V2011A and Form V2011B are required for China visa application, you should fill Hong Kong Visa Application Form(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/hk-new.pdf) In addition, you can read Hong Kong Tour Packages(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/hongkong/) as a reference to plan your holiday
