About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Is there a direct bus going from Guangzhou Airport to the Hong Kong Airport?

Is there a direct bus going from Guangzhou Airport to the Hong Kong Airport? I found many buses from Guangzhou to Hong Kong Airport, but all of them seem to leaving from the hotels.

No, there is no direct bus from Guangzhou Airport to Hong Kong International Airport(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/airport.htm). You are right that most of the direct buses from Guangzhou to Hong Kong are from hotels.
