About:Hohhot

Respected Councillor,

My Name is Ajit Thomas.
I'm the MD & CEO of a company called Synergy World Pvt Ltd. We deal in Turnkey Interiors. I respect & admire China's industries & have enjoyed doing business with several.

My travel document details are as follws:-
Indian Passport
Indian Citizen
Issue Date:- 02-0402009
Expiry Date:- 01-04-2019
Date of Birth 20-10-1968
Issued in Mumbai, India

I've been travelling to China at least 40 times in last 5 years.

Earlier I used to get 1 year multiple entry visas. Since the Olympics, I get only 2 entry visas. This is extremely inconvenient as the pages run out in the passport & I cannot plan impromptu trips and also the passport has to be submitted repeatedly and it comes in the way of other travel plans.

I just got another 2 entry visa. I would appreciate if you can advise me how to get a 1 year multiple entry visa.

Regards,
Ajit Thomas

Dear Ms. Elliot,

Thank you for your response.

Can a Duly Authorized Unit be a legally operating company in China?

If so, could you please provide a format that you need the letter to be.

Regards,
Ajit Thomas

But my question is not about the entry into China.

But as i get visa for HK only for 14 days, but i stay in China for more than 14 days can i take my return flight from Hongkong. That is can i re-enter HK again?

Thanks
Sri

You can try to apply for a 1 year multiple entry visa by providing the below documents:
1. get a multiple entry Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit" or Confirmation Letter of Invitation from Foreign Affairs Office or Bureau of Foreign Trade and ecnomic Cooperation

2. application letter from Indian company to explain that you need multiple-entry for the business purpose;

3. provide the copy of your previous F visa and multiple-entry F visa on your passport.

Mr.Ajit Thomas, the visa rule for F visa or Z visa has changed since Jan 1, 2011, but it is not very clear, you'd better contact your inviter in China, a legally operating company in China. The inviter needs go to the Foreign Affairs Office or Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation to enquire it and get the format.
