I would like to visit hongkong for no more than a week, where do i get a tourist visa,i am in muscat holding indian passport and working here

You don't need Hong Kong Visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/hongkong.htm) because India passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 14 days.

Mr. Edward, please clarify me.
For Indian passport holders, in this forum, somewhere I saw 'Visa free access for 30 days' and somewhere 'visa on arrival for 30 days'. Do these both mean SAME? If NO, then, Do I need to apply 'Visa on arrival' at airport? In that case, some documents(financial statement, ticket, photo etc) may be needed. Please explain. And If I DO NOT need to apply, then, should I directly go to Immigration counter after getting off the plane. ( I suppose, if I have to apply 'visa on arrival' then i need to go to some counter before immigration counter). And I have same query for

But, I couldn't understand 'Financial certificate'? Do you mean Bank Account Statement print-out?(Sorry to ask again, I have never traveled to visa-free country for me before. :| )

Yes, you may be asked to show a bank account statement.

'Visa free access for 30 days' and 'visa on arrival for 30 days'are different, you don't need to apply for Hong Kong, you can directly go to Immigration counter after getting off the plane, maybe your return flight tickets and financial certifictae will be asked to show when you pass the customs. You need to properly complete the immigration card on arrival.
