About:Shenyang International Ice and Snow Festival

We are planning to go to Shenyang this weekend. Is the Ice and Snow Festival open this year? If it is, what is the fastest way to go there from Zhong Jie? How much will it cost if we take a taxi? Thank you.

Yes, the festiva has been open since Jan. 10. . From Zhongjie, you can either take bus no. 218 to beiling park, adn then transfer to bus no. 168 to qwipanshan where the festival is held, or you can take a taxi which costs around CNY100.
