About:China Customs Declaration

Would I be taxed if I bring in a brand new camera for personal use? If yes, what will be the tax rate? What if I used it before entering China? Thanks

If you will take only one camera, and it is unpackaged and used, I think you just have to make a declaration , but don't have to pay tax.
