I am planning to visit Beijing on 29th Mar 2011. What kind of weather to expect?

Sweater and coat is enough. It may still have cold air flow in March and it is windy. The temperature is about 4-15 degrees. Pay attention to the weather forecast of Beijing(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/beijing.htm) before leaving.
