i am on traveling nowneed to go china but my previous china visa was expired

Dear.I am on traveling now and need to go China but my previous china visa was expired (still sticked on my passport) May I know either Macau or Hong Kong which is more convenient for me to apply for the China visa...any differences in terms of price, processing time, single/multiple entry etc.Lastly, is there any change of application rules/regulations for Malaysian passport in 2011?Thank you in advance.
