About:Visa Policy of China

Dear.

I am on traveling now and need to go China but my previous china visa was expired (still sticked on my passport) May I know either Macau or Hong Kong which is more convenient for me to apply for the China visa...any differences in terms of price, processing time, single/multiple entry etc.

Lastly, is there any change of application rules/regulations for Malaysian passport in 2011?

Thank you in advance.
