I am visiting shanqiu,xingxian(Henan province) for meeting manufacturers. I would require an interpreter (How much do they charge?). Also I would like to know that I will be staying in Henan for 5 to 10 days what is the cheapest mode of stay hotel or do we get service appts.Kindly confirm.Also what is the normal way of transportation within the city, between this city,indian restaurants,weather in jan. last week.. pl.reply

The charge of an interpreter depends on the time and content. It ranges much and hard to define. Many hotels in Shangqiu are comparatively cheap. You can find a inn hotel to stay in. Public bus and taxi are normal. I seldom see Indian restaurants there. Weather in Jan there is very cold with an average low temperature of about -6C. You need to wear warm winter clothes.
