About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Dear Sir/Madam,
My mother has been in the hospital in HongKong since Nov.27 because of Subarachnoid Haemorrhage and is in critical condition and grave prognosis until now. I went in Hongkong last Nov.28 - Dec.10, I didn't ask for an extension of visa becuse my son was very ill in the Philippines. I am going back to Hongkong this month to be with my mom. Can I be granted a maximum of 3 months visa? She is a resident in Hongkong. My other sister and my brother will shoulder all my expenses during my stay in Hongkong. They are also residents in Hongkong. Pls. reply immediately. Thank you so much.

Yes, you can apply for a Hong Kong visit visa with 3 months stay duration at the immigration department because your mother, sister and brother are all Hong Kong resident
