About:Harbin Ice Festival

Unfortunately I can only be in Harbin on 2nd - 3rd. of March 2011. Can I still see something? Is there any point to go to Harbin on 2 - 3 March 2011?

It is still possible to see the ice and snow then if the temperature won't rise. If the ice and snow sculptures melted, you may go to see other Harbin attractions(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/attraction/heilongjiang/harbin/) like Siberian Tiger Park, St. Sophia Church and Temple of Bliss.
