Hi

1)I will be going hong kong on 11 feb 2011, may i know whether most of the shopping mall will be open as it near chinese new year period

2) What is the weather condition during FEB

Most shopping malls are open on 11 Feb.
Weather in Hong Kong(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/climate/hongkong.htm) during Feb is generally suitable, mild and comfortable, with a temperature of about 14~19C.
