About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Hi, I am a Malaysian with Singaporean PR and working in Singapore. Recently, I married a PRC in Singapore. Do I have to register our marriage in China? If so, What are the documentations I need have to provide in China. Thanks

according to the regulation, you need to register your marriage at your wife' local civil Administration Department. You need first get your marriage certificate notarized by local authority, then, authenticated by Chinese embassy in Singapore. this paper should be in both English and Chinese.
