About:China Southern Airlines

I was a passenger of China Southern Airlines on December 26, 2010 from Dubai and arrived here at night time of the same date. This was a rebooked flight as I failed to depart on my supposed flight on the 18th of December 2010 on the same airline due to Immigration delays but this delay occurred after I have checked in my luggages. I then proceeded home to Isabela province upon arrival here in the Philippines since it was about 8 o'clock that night and decided to come back to Manila to follow it up which I did on the 6th of January 2011. I checked with China Southern Airline Office at NAIA terminal 1 and presented my luggage claim stubs but unfortunately the 2 ladies there say there were no luggages that arrived during the date when they are suppose to have arrived but they promised me they will try to trace it and call me.The following day no call came from your office so I did the call and a man named Luis received it. I inquired about any development to my luggages and he said no luggages can be traced in Beijing, China so he'll continue to trace it and also call me but until now I don't receive any call from your good office. Please see that my luggages will be recovered and reach me eventually. Thanks so much and best regards.

Oh, sorry to hear that. I am afraid you still need to contact China Southern Airlines to trace your luggage. Wish you good luck!
