About:Travel to Tibet

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Vietnamese citizen. My teacher is a Monk and he is an Indian citizen. He will visit me in May 2011. It is possible for him to get a Chinese tourist visa in Hanoi? I have a plan to accompany with him to Tibet during June 2011. Please advice. Thank you so much in advance for your help.

Yes, he can have a China Tourist visa in Hanoi. He can contact and handle Chinese Embassy in Vietnam . To enter the region, you also have to get a Tibet Travel Permit and you have to find an agency to do this for you.
