By taxi? It costs about 100-110HKD for 20-30 minutes.

No direct MTR. It means you should take airport bus S1 to Tung Chung first, 15 minutes and the costs is 3.5HKD only. Then Shift to MTT from Tung Chung to Sunny Bay. Change to Disney resort MTR line then to the destination. It is about 20 minutes on the train and the train ticket is 12.5HKD.
