About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi, I am a Malaysian and I am planning to visit Zhuhai from Macau and also Shenzen from Hong Kong in a few months from now. I am a first time visitor to China and I heard that because Zhuhai and Shenzen is a Special Economic Region, one can apply for a visa at the border of Macau-Zhuhai and Hong Kong-Shenzen. Can I know if this is possible and if yes, what is the charges? Thank you
