About:China Work Visa

I will be going to Beijing for an assignment with my company, my company is applying for my work/residence permit. My husband will be going with me as well, can he get a work permit without a job yet? What is the process?

As an accompanying family member, your husband shall provide proof of kinship, e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc, instead of document for work permit when applys for a work visa to China. Anyway, work permit can not be granted to people who has not got a job from China.
