About:Chinese Embassy in Costa Rica

My wife and I are English teachers from Australia presently teaching English here In San Jose. We have secured teaching positions in Xi'an China and are starting the process of obtaining a Z visa. For our school to apply for a working permit for us, one of the documents they require is a Health Check in English. Can you please tell us where in San Jose we can go to obtain these.

You'd better contact Consulate General of China in Los Angeles for details. Generally, the hospital should be big state-owned.
