About:Dual Nationality

my girlfriend has no visa and has been here 4 an half years over her visa allowance, we want to marry here ,in scotland,can we marry , will sdhe be allowed to stay here if we marry ,or can anyone please advise us best way to go about things so we can stay together here in uk and she be granted stay ,i await reply in earnest.

If she has big visa problem, I don't think you can get married. Find the way to get her visa.
