Im Ali from Philippines, working here in Saudi Arabia. We will go to China this coming March together with my boss, a Saudi national and his brother in law. How can we apply for visa and where in Saudi Arabia? We are near to Jeddah City.  We are planning to go 1st to Hongkong before going to Guangzhou, China.  We will go to China for buying building materials.  Until now we have no contact person in China, Is there no problem in going there without any contact person or agency?. Can we apply also visa in Hongkong? Where is easy to obtain visa, in Saudi or in Hongkong? Please help us, we really need some advice for this trip in China. Thank you in advance.

Philippines and Saudi arabia passport holders do not need visa to HK, it is no problem.  Your'd better apply in Saudi Arabia for an F vsia.You need An invitation letter from the Chinese side (original or a photocopy/fax).  An original letter from your employer. It should contain the applicant's name, nationality, occupation, purpose of the visit, the planned date of entry and financial conditions and A photocopy of a valid residence permit in Saudi Arabia.
