About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I'm Jessica Residing In Japan,a Permenent Resident also,i have a question
about visa going to Macau,China I have a Friend from Philippines,lastyear of
November,as a tourist visa.she wanted to work in macau,but the visa was expired.how can extend her visa in macau?if she have a guarantor there,she can extend her visa?

She can go to the Immigration Department of Macau Public Security Police Force to apply for extension of her visa, but she will be fined.
1. In accordance with Administrative Regulation No. 23/2009 'Amendments to the Provision on Overstay in the , an individual who overstays in the Macao Special Administrative Region for less than 30 days after the expiry of the authorization granted is fined MOP200.00 per overdue day. The violator is required to pay the fine immediately after he or she is arrested or reports himself or herself to the police.

2. An individual who performs the same violation within 180 days cannot regularize his or her overstay status by paying the fine. it will be regarded as an illegal immigration, The individual cannot make any application for Residence Authorization, extension of Authorization to Stay and Authorization to Stay for Non-residents within two years. The Immigration Department will not accept these applications.
