About:China Visa

I going to travel to shanghai on march 6 to 11, 2011 and scheduled another trip to beijing on august 16 to 22, 2011 as a first timer. Can i apply for a double entry with 6 months expiration? Or do i have to apply for single entry for each trip? Please take note that the interval for these two trips is only 5 months. Looking forward to your immediate action.

you can try and apply for a double entry visa, but it is not a guarantee that a first timer in china will be given a double entry its up to the consul's decision. i know someone who was granted a double entry visa but the validity is only 3mos.

Sorry but i have another concern, can i submit a police clearance in lieu of NBI clearance as one of the supporting docs in getting china visa as tourist. I have to travel far to get one. Thank you.

The NBI Clearance can't be substituted by police clearance.
