About:Tianjin Transportation

disembarking in the Port of Bejing, Xingang in Febr.- like to see the Great Wall ot Huangyang. only 8 hours at our disopable.How to get there and is it worthwhile the time and effort. thanks

Do you mean Huangyaguan Great Wall(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china_great_wall/scene/tianjin/huangyaguan.htm) instead of Huangyang? You can take Bus No. 131 from Xingang Port to Jixian County first, where there are buses running to Huangyaguan from 06:30 to 18:30.
