About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Is it possible for an American to get a Z type work visa for China in either Manila or Cebu?

If you have all requirements for Z visa application, you can apply for it in Manila or Cebu.

Interesting,I called Cebu,could not get thru to Manila,and rude man informed me that I could not get it in Cebu. But I will try!
