You may book a bus through a local China Travel Agency(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/). What do you mean by 'taking language'? Since there are direct buses from Keqiao to Yiwu, I advise you just stay in Keqiao. You can take a direct bus from keqiao Textile City Bus Station to Yiwu. You are possible to find workuniform there.

from yi wu to keqiao, the local bus frequency is every hour. the travel time is 2hours
keqiao is mainly fabric . if you will be looking for a uniform maker, i guess you better go to an expo.from hangzhou. frm hangzhou to keqiao the proximity is so near just go to bus station and they have buses that ply this route
