what are the requirements for bringing a son who is a minor 11 years old to tour in hongkong for 4 days?

I think nothing special. You may just prepare proper clothes, personal items such as toothbrush, towel, prescribed medications (Aspirin, vitamins, anti-inflammatory, anti-histamines), etc.
