About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi,

My name is David. I am Indonesian and currently a Permanent Resident of Canada (NOT CITIZEN). I'm still holding my Indonesian passport.

My question is, IF I were to visit China (for personal or business purposes), from Canada, do I need to apply a Visa?

PS: I used to go to China once in the year 2000.
