Hi. Will I be able to buy the Octopus Card or Tourist Day Pass at Light Rail stations? For the Octopus Card,if i want to get the refund back,can i do so at light rail stations too?Is there operating hours to do the refund? Thanks!

You are right that you can both buy and refund Hong Kong Octopus Card(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/hongkong/transportation/octopus-card.htm) at Light Rail stations. The service is offered 24 hours daily.
