About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

i will have vacation in hongkong for a week then i will have vacation in Shenzhen for a month and will have vacation in Guilin for 2 more weeks. and it is my first time in China. how long does my tourist visa have? can i get a multiple or double entry even if its my first time to apply for china visa? when i get my tourist visa to have vacation in china, can i go to hongkong and cross the border from there to enter china? or do i need to have a roundtrip ticket from manila to shenzhen?

According to your travel plan, you don't need a visa to Hong Kong(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/hongkong.htm) because Filipinos are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 14 days, but you need a single-entry tourist visa to China (Shenzhen, Guilin) with 45 days stay duration. It is hard to get a multiple or double entry visa if it is the first time for you to apply for China visa. Normally the duration of stay of a Tourist visa is 30 days, which means the holder of the visa may stay in China for up to 30 days from the date of entry. If your estimated stay in China is longer than 30 days, please make it clear in the application form and ask for the Visa Officer's approval when you submit your application..

When you get tourist visa, you can go to Hong Kong and cross the border from there to enter Mainland China, you can have a roundtrip ticket from Manila to Hong Kong, Hong Kong-Manila if you don't want to go to Shenzhen directly from Manila.
