About:Haikou Weather

Hi,
I'm visitng Haikou on 15 Jan 2011 - 20 Jan 2011. May I know the weather now in Haikou ? Will it be cold during my visit in Haikou

The temperature is about 15~21C in Haikou now. It is mild and pleasant. Nice time to visit Haikou.

My family and I, around 7 persons, plan to go to Haikou during Chinese New Year 3-5 Feb. 2011. We would like to rent a car and driver. Can you recommend how to book for the car and driver, also can you reoommend the roughly price for rental. Thanks
