As I know, for the seat tickets on bullet trains and the soft sleeper tickets, they will become invalid if the passengers get off at the station during the train journey. Anyway, you are suggested to use the ticket to Wenzhou first and then to Hangzhou on the return way. After visiting Hangzhou, you could take another train back to Shanghai.
