Heard Changchun is bitterly cold in Jan! Will be going there next week for 2 days. What are the things i need to prepare and take note in order to survive in such an extremely cold weather?

Yeah, it is extremely cold in winter in Changchun. The temperature can be low to -20C. You need to prepare warm winter clothing, like long down jacket, thick wool sweater, boot, hat and gloves. Well, better prepare antiskid shoes since the road may freeze.

Don't be afraid about the temperature. Scarf is a good thing to keep you warm.
