You should first ask your Chinese boyfriend to send you an Invitation Letter with the copy of his Chinese passport or Chinese national ID card. You also need to prepare the Round-Trip flight tickets, your valid passport, the original and copy of your Japan permanent visa. Then submit all the documnets to China embassy or consulate in Japan according to consular districts.
