Hi, I am a Indonesian Passport Holder arrive at Hongkong 19 Jan 2011. On my schedule, i will go to shenzhen at morning 21 Jan 2011.Can i get a VISA on Arrival at Louwu border to Shenzhen on Sunday morning 21 Jan 2011? Please give me update information about VOA on 21 Jan 2011 for Indonesia Passport Holder.

As Mr.Mies replied, if you have never been to Mainland China, you can't get VOA at Luohu border. You said it is your first holiday in Shenzhen, did you visit other places within Mainland China, do you have previous China visa and enter/exit record on your passport?
