Hello, I would like to know, how can I get Hong Kong visa for my chinese wife, who is with me at Rizhao City. China.How long to wait for Hong Kong Visa?

Your wife can go to the Exit & Enter Department under Rizhao Public Security Bureau to apply for "Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau"[commonly known as "two-way exit permit"] and Hong Kong visa annotation. It takes 7 - 15 working days.
