About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi! we are visiting Hong Kong SAR for 5 days as a tourist. Do we need to apply and get a tourist VISA in Chinese Embassy in Manila?

You don't need to apply for Hong Kong visa because Filipinos are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 14 days. You can read Hong Kong Tours(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/package/hongkong/) as a reference for you 5 days holidays in Hong Kong.
