i am a filipina, residing japan with my children, and working here, and having a permanent visa, i want to visit china for only 3days for sight seing, my question is if i got my tourist visa here in japan, is it possible to use it for my travel from philippines, because at first i want to visit my family in phillipines and from then i want to go china for sightseing tour, is it possible now to use the visa that u can give to me if i apply now but i will use it for my travel from phlippines?
