About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Is China Embassy in the Philippines open on January 17, 2011? It is Marthin Luther King Day and I heard that most embassies in Manila are close during that day.Thanks.

it is open..there was no posting of a holiday on jan 17

Marthin Luther King Day is the public holiday of USA, it is not the holidays of China or Philippines, so China embassy in the Philippines is still open on January 17.
