Just a few more questions,

1. I don't have a contact or inviter from China do I just leave this section blank or do I just put down the first hotel I be staying at, because I am travelling all through China
2. I have always been a British Citizen but I do have a Chinese name, is it best to put it on the form or is that just for people with a former nationalities?
