About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am US citizen living in Guam and planning to get traveling visa to Chinese. About the ARC, where do apply and what kinds document do I need?

You need to apply for a China tourist visa(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/tourist.htm) from Chinese consulate in Los Angeles(https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/us/losangeles.htm) The requirements can be found from the link on the top of the consulate page.
