About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hi, i am in china right now... going back home on 2nd week of this month to renew or to get another long term china visa. is it possible to get a 6 months or 1 year visa now coz i heard the china embassy/consulate in the philippines issued only 1 week or 2 weeks visa. is that true?

It depends, it is possible to get a long term or multi entries visa if you can provide evidence that you need to stay in China for long time. but keep in mind you may not be granted a visa as you wish.

did you have an L visa with many extensions? and how long have you been staying in china without exiting? it is very difficult to get a new visa here in manila for filipinos who overstayed in china LEGALLY. there is a strong possibility of denial. but you can try and hope for the best. Im assuming you need to go back to manila because you can no longer extend your visa there correct?
