Hello and thanks for reading , I would like to know where I can find a factory or sewer and pattern maker that can help me produce a small 50 to 80 pc quantity of "swimwear" in Hong Kong

I think you may try the Sam's Tailor at Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, which is reputed as the best tailor shop in Asia.
