How does it work with a permit to travel to Tibet. As a Russian citizen I can enter China on a group (formal) visa. How will it work with the travel arangements in this case? Or if I plan to travel with your travel agency, could you then assist with obtaining a tourist visa, so that I could apply for a Chinese visa in Russia.
