hello!HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone,i am over stay here in china almost 1 year already so i want to go back in my country,i want to ask how to process the papers in easy way so no need they detained me..what is the best thing should i will do?or some agency accept this situation to process?

You need go to the local PSB in person, prepare for the fine that you have to pay for overstay, exit visa and the flight back to Philippines. Don't worry, you will not be detained if you have no criminal record in China. Don't forget the temporary residence permit, it is a must requirement. In addition, you'd better bring a translator with you and don't lie to the officers and apologize for your fault.
