About:Shanghai Weather

I have noticed your weather forcasts have been around 7 and 8 degrees and sunny. Does this mean it will be a bit warmer or will it still be bitterly cold even though it is sunny.

The average high temperature is about 7 or 8C, while the low temperature may be under 0C. Thus, it is still cold through it is sunny.
