About:Tsim Sha Tsui

Hi,I will visit Hongkong Feb 19 till 21,how about the weather at that month. I plan to book the hotel at Mongkok area,could advise the clean of budget hotel there and how get the hotel by bus ,train or taxi how much approximately the fare.

The average temperature is aroung 17C, cold and a little bit humid, you should take sweaters and jackets. Sometimes it will drops to 10C, so take a thick overcoat as well.
