hi i am yemeni living in saudi arabia jeddah city i have go china last year but some friendes told me this year requests is changed please tell me what i have to do tks

I did't hear the changed requests from China consulate in Jeddah. You live in Jeddah, it is convenient for you to submit visa application to the consulate. Even though something changes, you can prepare the papers and submit application again.
