About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

my family and i are planning on going to china in june 2011 from manila. i know it is required to get a chinese visa. i know that we need to have our visa 20 days prior to entering china. would it be possible to apply for a visa from where we are currently residing? if so, how? please advise.

Do you reside in Guam now? There is no China embassy/consulate in Guam, so you can't apply for China visa in Guam.
